Is possible to bound WebSpeed 64-bit product to Progress 32-bit version ?

FIX:
In theory these combinations are possible and they are runable.
But, since these kind of configurations have not been tested and certified, they will remain unsupported.
The supported configurations are: WebSpeed 32-bit bound to Progress 32-bit and WebSpeed 64-bit bound to Progress 64-bit installation.
