SYMPTOM(s):
Service names entered in the Progress Explorer in uppercase are saved in lowercase.
Uppercase letters in a service name show up as lowercase in the conmgr.properties file.
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Edit the <ProgressInstallDir>/properties/conmgr.properties file. Change the service entry to the proper text.
This problem does not exist in 10.0B.
