CAUSE:
BUG# 20040309-044
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - there was a file descriptor leak in the amspriv file we had to use to get 64 bit process information on Solaris 64 bit machines with Progress 64 bit installed.
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1D09 (or Fathom Management 3.0A / OpenEdge 10.0B)
