Using Precision Level Indicator OCX control to graphically represent a quantity. It displays a cylindrical glass tank that is linearly filled with a colored liquid according to the value you want to represent, which can vary in a specified range.
CAUSE:
Color settings conflict between the OCX and the underlying Windows operating system.
FIX:
Either define the OS color settings to those compatible with the OCX or remove the OCX. Consult the OCX documentation for the definition of the compatible color settings.
