SYMPTOM(s):
Can not connect from remote machine to Linux machine
Can not connect from Linux machine to remote machine
** Could not connect to server for database <DATABASE>, errno <ERRNO>. (1432)
** Could not connect to server for database <DATABASE>, errno 10065. (1432)
FACT(s) (Environment):
Linux Intel
Can Telnet to Linux machine
Can connect to database on Linux using local loopback method
Firewalling found to be active on Linux machine
Turning off Firewall on Linux allows remote database connectivity

CAUSE:
RedHat Linux in some versions will automatically configure FireWall settings to prohibit communications on non-standard ports.
FIX:
Review the RedHat Firewall configuration to make sure the database Broker(s) and Server(s) ports are open bi-directionally.
