State-reset appserver does not reconnect to Database
Appserver server log files contains errors:
<procedure name> <procedure type> procedure ended with an STOP condition. (8026)
Warning: <ARG> is not a database parameter and was ignored. (1402)
Warning: -D is not a database parameter and was ignored. (1402)
You have not supplied a parameter for argument <ARG>. (1403)
You have not supplied a parameter for argument -B. (1403)
State-reset server failed to reconnect to database <name>. (7980)
Appserver calls a Disconnect procedure
Problem only occurs when a username and password is included in the connection parameters to the database
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing

Upgrade to 9.1D09
