SYMPTOM(s):
Application Compiler is not saving compiled file using subdirectories
Application Compiler is not saving compiled file using relative pathname
Using "Save Into" option
Compiled file is save into root of "Save Into" directory
PROPATH contains relative path names
PROPATH contains relative paths using mapped driver for local drive as well as the local driver
Using Progress.ini
Works fine using a client client machine that uses the same progress.ini file

The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Remove the duplicate path for the local driver. Use only the mapped driver paths
