Why isn't there an OpenEdge baseline on Posse?

OpenEdge 10.x
FIX:
OpenEdge 10 includes a number of Open Source components, including: PERL, Java, Xerces, Progress Dynamics.
However OpenEdge itself is not Open Source (the 4GL, RDBMS, AppServer, AppBuilder , etc. are not Open Source). Currently there are no plans to change this.
