SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to run web object error in the browser
WebSpeed code resides in Linux
Uses SAMBA to map the drive
The drive can be browsed from the WebSpeed workshop > PROPATH
WebSpeed page stops functioning when the speedscript tag is encountered
Same problem is seen when code resides on the same machine
Uses a customized .p file in the WebSpeed agent startup parameter
The customized .p file runs web-disp.p file and another .p file that sets the PROPATH for the WebSpeed agents
CHANGE:
Upgraded the WebSpeed 3.1D to OpenEdge Release 10.0A
CAUSE:
Cause is unknown at the moment, but the problem is not apparent with the Service pack 10.0A01.
FIX:
Install the Service Pack 10.0A01.
