Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -52
CAUSE:
The name specified on the DNS certificate does not match with the server hostname.
FIX:
Make sure the hostname specified on the certificate is the same as the server hostname. A common mistake is the certificate having only the machine name but the DNS server returns "servername.domain.com".
