Using 6.2M _ppgtwy.exe: at startup;OS286 error: No Packet
With 6.2M dos, we supply a protected mode executable: _ppgtwy.exe
that has all the remote gateway code built into it. If a customer
tries to use this executable, he will receive the following error:
OS286: No packet was sent
This is an Ergo error. What the customer needs to do is use the
config.286 file and the AIA environment variable. In the config.286
file, the following entries need to be included:
pspswitch=0
ldtsize=2048
The customer then sets the AIA environment variable to point to the
config.286 file.
The protected mode gateway executable will then work properly.
