SYMPTOM(s):
New users can not log in.
Current Users are ok.
Two Brokers have been started.
-Mn and -Mpb are not balanced, correctly.
No errors in db log file.
CAUSE:
-Mn and -Mpb's are not balanced, correctly. -Mn should be equal to the total number of -Mpb servers, plus 1 for each -m3 broker that was started.
FIX:
Balance the -Mn and -Mpb parameters.
