SYMPTOM(s):
Promon User Control displays all remote users with a PID of 0 (zero)
Promon "Shut down database" list shows correct PIDs for remote user processes
Promon remote PID display discrepancy between menu choices

CAUSE:
This is the expected behavior. Promon displays a 0 when the user is a remote client.
FIX:
For the PID of the remote user connection use the PID displayed in the Shut down database list.
