CAUSE:
The problem resides with the Microsoft DLL, ntdll.dll.
FIX:
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft service pack 3 for Windows 2000. Refer to Microsoft knowledgebase article - 305227,
entitled: "Program May Access Violate Due to Heap Corruption Caused by Ntdll.dll".
