SYMPTOM(s):
The Progress Session crashes when doing pull Schema Holder against Oracle
Connecting to Oracle with the string "-S xyz -U user@service-name -P password"
Having started a process "_orasrv -S xyz"
FACT(s) (Environment):
Oracle DataServer
CAUSE:
The process _orasrv needs to be spawned by a _probrkr process.
FIX:
Reconfigure Oracle Networking so that you can connect to Oracle using the same user@service-name and password connection identifiers.
Do not start a manual _orasrv
Do not add "-S <service>" in the connection string
