VBX's installed on a Novell Server need to be marked shared
If you have one or more VBX controls which are installed on a Novell
Netware file server and these controls are being shared by many
client workstations, make certain that you flag the .VBX files as
shared within the Novell file system. Failure to do this may cause
intermittent errors within Progress stating the the control could not
be loaded.
The command to mark a file as shared within the Novell file system is
as follows:
FLAG SomeFile.VBX +S
