SYMPTOM(s):
On "start" of Procontrol getting following error
Error 1053 communicating with Proservice
DLC set using a virtual drive within Procontrol
CHANGE:
DLC variable modified within "Environment" folder of Procontrol Service Details
CAUSE:
Path given for DLC is not found while using drive specified by SUBST
FIX:
Use the physical drive, not a virtual drive, for the path of an environment variable setting within Procontrol.
