Target database managed by Fathom Replication does not start
Access to database <db> not allowed. The database is enabled for site replication but either replication is not running, or this process is not authorized to open a replication enabled database. (10356)
Target database has been restored from a source database backup
CAUSE:
The target database has not been enabled as a Replication Target which is a mandatory step when setting up Fathom Replication.
FIX:
Enable target database as a Replication target by "proutil target -C enablesitereplication target" and start the replication.
