The system is very slow after installing Fathom Replication

CHANGE:
Installed Fathom High Availability Replication
CAUSE:
This is a known issue - with synchronous replication the user is blocked until transaction gets committed on the target database and the confirmation is sent back to the original user (the user who issued the transaction).
FIX:
Use asynchronous mode of Fathom Replication.
In order to do it - please modify <source>.repl.properties file.
Databases (source & target) have to be restarted to read a new properties.
