Insert-file Method For Editor Widget May Need TMP Defined
If a user is on MS-WINDOWS and can see a file and use it in other
applications but cannot use either the insert-file method or the
read-file method for an editor widget, it may be neccessary to define
a TMP directory in the autoexec.bat.
