SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to run Translation Manager.
prowin32.exe does not exist.
Performed a complete installation.
Only Translation Manager license is installed.
CAUSE:
The prerequisites for installing TranMan is to have Provision, Provision Plus or 4GL Development system installed on the *same* machine.
FIX:
Install one of the required licenses in order to use Translation Manager.
