FIX:
As of release 10.1C, OpenEdge supports IPv6. IPv4 is the default; IPv6 must be specified with the -ipver startup parameter or in the ubroker.properties or conmgr.properties file.
IPv6 is not supported in Progress / OpenEdge releases prior to 10.1C.
