GOAL:
How to find out which ai file in a sequence should be rolled forward first
FIX:
Currently, there is no way to extract the AI file sequence number from a probkup. That is, a production database is completely lost, and all you have left is a probkup and a bunch of ai files, some of them associated with other earlier or later backups - there is no way any (except via a workaround) to tell from the probkup which of the ai files should be applied first.
Workaround:
prorest, roll forward an ai file and see which sequence number appears when Progress errors out, e.g.
Expected ai file number 1 but file specified is 3 in sequence. (8019)
