Cannot find or open file ai extension. Errno=3. (43)
FACT(s) (Environment):

Progress/OpenEdge Product Family
CHANGE:
.st file was modified to remove an AI extent and then prostrct repair was performed.
CAUSE:
You cannot simply modify the the .st file when removing extents.
FIX:
You must use prostrct remove to manage the deletion of extents.
