CAUSE:
The session PROPATH has directory <Install_Dir>\src before <Install_Dir>\gui
or <Install_Dir>\tty
FIX:
Modify the session PROPATH so that the <Install_Dir>\gui is located before
the <Install_Dir>\src for Windows platforms, or that the <Install_Dir>/tty
is located before <Install_Dir>/src for other platforms.
