SYMPTOM(s):
Client with -Mm value different than default can not connect to _probrkr even when _probrkr has been started with -Mm that matches client value
started _probrkr with -Mm on command line
started _probrkr using -pf parameter that contained the -Mm value
Server has -Mm parm <size> and client has <size>. They must match. (1150)
Server has -Mm parm 1024 and client has 8192. They must match. (1150)

CAUSE:
_probrkr needs an environment variable to point to pf file
CAUSE:
Bug was opened for documentation to mention this in the manual
FIX:
When starting the _probrkr on a Windows system, you must set the PROSTARTUP environmental variable to point to the pf file that contains the -Mm parameter before issuing the _probrkr command.
