JDBC connection fails with error: [JDBC Progress Driver]:Invalid license file: IVODBC.LIC
Using the JDBC driver (jdbc.jar o progress.jar) without any installation.
Only Added the path to the .JAR file to the CLASSPATH of the program.

CAUSE:
Product is not properly installed.
FIX:
Install one of the Progress Components that comes with ODBC / JDBC SQL-92 driver.
The SQL-92 compliant ODBC driver is included with all Version 9 Database servers, Client Networking with Complete install and SQL Client Access products.
