OpenOnInit is false
CAUSE:
This is a known issue being investigated by Development
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0B or later.
If upgrading is not possible the following workaround is available:Set the schemalocation attribute of the Dynamic SDO to DLP to get the schema details retrieved from the data logic procedure.
