No error message is returned
No AdminServer log files are created
removed -m silent from the JVMStart in the $DLC/bin/proadsv script
proadsv -start returns:
processid #####
completed
Error starting JVM, error 13.
CHANGE:
Applied patch to Progress installation
CAUSE:
Bug# 20020620-019
CAUSE:
The $DLC/jre/bin/java does not have the execute bit set on the file from the patch.
FIX:
Change the permissions on the $DLC/jre/bin/java to rwxr-xr-x.
