SonicESB cannot find OpenEdge Appserver
Web Service application not found: <Id> (10858)
CAUSE:
Runtime Properties for AppServer have not been defined in OpenEdge Resource Editor
FIX:
Open the OpenEdge Resource Editor within the SonicESB Explorer and configure
the Runtime Properties for the AppServer.
