FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1B or later release
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0B02 or later release
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later release
Possible workarounds:
- Use Windows Classic Theme
- Edit aftemcalnw.w and set the foreground color of the fill-in to a color visible with a black background.
