SYMPTOM(s):
Error (10215) when starting up the source database for replication
The executable started by the DB Service manager ended in error.(10215)
CAUSE:
PROMSGS variable is not properly set or does not point to the correct installation
FIX:
Set PROMSGS environment variable before starting replication
