SYMPTOM(s):
CGI error from the messenger when a session is idle for more then five minutes
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:
The database log file shows error 794
Usernum <num> terminated abnormally. (794)
A Firewall exists between the WebSpeed transaction server and the database server
The minimum and maximum TCP ports are open in and out bound in the Firewall rules
The timeout for the TCP ports in the Firewall rules is left to the default, which is 5 minutes.
CAUSE:
The timeout for the TCP port is set to 5 minutes in the Firewall rules
FIX:
Increase the Firewall timeout
