GOAL:
Can Results queries be compiled if the -rr parameter is set in the startup.pf file?
FIX:
If the -rr is specified in the $DLC/startup.pf, the parameters contained in the file become the default for all prowin32 and _progres sessions. Query/Results is a Progress client, therefore the -rr will prevent the user from compiling new Query/Results reports.
