CAUSE:
Bug# OE00108086
CAUSE:
The preferences record for the user is not created when the user is created.
FIX:
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0B03 or later
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.1A or later
Workaround:
- Log in as the affected user.
- From AppBuilder main window go to Tools -> Administration
- From Administration window go to File -> Preferences
- Press OK in the window that opens.
