FIX:
Use the -rbclearxactions parameter when starting Report Builder. For example:
prorb32.exe -db sports2000 -rbclearxactions
If -rbclearxactions is not used the Report Builder will create a database transaction from the point of the first Preview/Print which will last for the duration of the session.
