Installation process hangs creating folders and shortcuts
Installing 9.1D on Windows 2003 32-bit server
Unable to use Progress tools after installation
Progress shortcut paths incorrect in Start menu

Moved to Windows 2003 server
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
To resolve the problem :
Set the Progress setup.exe to Windows 2000 compatible mode. To configure the compatibility properties:
1. Right-click on the Progress set-up program, selecting Properties.
2. Select Compatibility tab and 'Run this program in compatibility mode.'
3. Select Windows 2000 from the displayed list.

4. Click Apply, and then click OK.
5. Run setup.exe.
