FIX:
Follow these steps to upgrade JDK and JRE that comes with Progress installation on Windows:
1. Download the appropriate installation JDK and JRE files for the Windows platform.
2. Backup Progress installation
3. Perform the JDK and JRE installation
4. Copy the JDK installation to %DLC%\JDK folder
5. Copy the JRE installation to %DLC%\JRE folder
6. Run proinventory tool and check the file Versions.log to make sure the new version of JDK and JRE is in use
