SYSTEM ERROR: wrong dbkey in block. Found <dbkey>, should be <dbkey2> (1124)
Structure file used to run prostrct repair command has at least one extent definition with a larger size than the actual database extent.

FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 8.3C or later.
