Image does not fit in parent frame when accessing dict 4041
Symptom: Customer tries to access the Dictionary and receives "EDITOR
unix_parms does not fit in parent DIALOGUE-BOX CONNECT". Check their
video display settings. If running in high resolution (such as 1024-by
-768 pixels) with large fonts, have them change to small fonts.
In Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0: Right click on any empty area on the
desktop, select PROPERTIES, select SETTINGS and then look at FONT
SIZE. Change it to SMALL FONTS. The customer will then need to re-boot
. That will resolve the problem on many video boards.
Note that KBase 12971 talks about another cause of this same error:
V6DISPLAY=YES in PROGRESS.INI. Either problem can cause a
(4041) error.
