ActiveX client and prowin32.exe client connecting to same AppServer
ActiveX client calls remote procedure which returns temp tables
prowin32 client calls remote procedure which returns temp tables
ActiveX attempts the same call again but this raises an error
Stream protocol error tag = <>. (7189)
Stream protocol error tag = 89. (7189)
CAUSE:
Due to -mc being used on the prowin32 client. Without this parameter the error is not seen.
FIX:
Upgrade to 9.1E
Upgrade to 10.0b01 or higher
As a workaround:
Remove the -mc parameter on the prowin32 client.
