OS is AIX 4.3.3 with no MUPs installed
Using Java 1.3.1
Using Progress 9.1D09
CAUSE:
The OS is not certified to run Java 1.3.1 by AIX nor is it certified to run progress
FIX:
Install MUP11 or above for AIX 4.3.3
