FIX:
If the source of the backup does not have large files enabled, the target database will not have large files enabled.
The database holds the characteristic for enabling large files in the master block. When a restore of a database that has not been enabled for large files is done over another database that has been enabled for large files, the master block is overwritten and the large files enabled characteristic is not retained.
