Database .lk file does not exist
Database fails to start in multi-user mode with error.
_progres process exist
CAUSE:
A limbo process which was attached to the database in single-user mode is still present on the system
FIX:
Kill the limbo process using a kill -9.
Restart the database in multi-user mode.
