FACT(s) (Environment):
Fathom High Availability Replication
SYMPTOM(s):
Error occurs when starting Target Database.
Access to database <db> not allowed. The database is enabled for site replication but either replication is not running, or this process is not authorized to open a replication enabled database. (10356)
CAUSE:
The Target Database cannot connect to the Replication Agent because the required parameter has been omitted from the database startup parameters.
FIX:
Add the following database startup parameter to start the Fathom Replication Agent:
'-DBService replagent'.
