FIX:
While not having tested port sniffers with our Progress Version 9.X or OpenEdge 10 products, Progress Software does not expect there to be problems when using port sniffer software with our products.
Port sniffer software is generally designed to be unobtrusive and invisible to users on the network that they are running on. As long as all network packets
captured by the port sniffer software are unchanged and allowed to continue on to their designated destination, Progress Software does not foresee any
problems with using these types of products.
