Extra blank page prints on Win95 and WinNT
When running versions of Progress prior to 8.2A, printing through
Progress can result in an extra blank page at the end of the
printout. This is the result of problems associated with running a
16-bit Progress client on a 32-bit windows platform. One workaround
is to direct the output to a file and then print the file. If you
want to do that from within Progress you can use a command like:
os-command silent copy filename lpt1:.
No extra blank page is printed when running Version 8.2A of Progress
because it provides a 32-bit Progress client.
