Unable to create or modify messenger custom error file wsCusErr.txt
Using default value for workDir @{WorkPath}
CAUSE:
Working directory path is invalid or do not exist
FIX:
Modify the working directory path using regedit utility following the steps:
1) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\PSC\PROGRESS\<version>
2) Edit WorkPath key
3) Enter a valid path
