SYMPTOM(s):
Unable to create messenger custom error file wsCusErr.txt
Unable to use messenger custom error file wsCusErr.txt
wsCusErr.txt is located in the working directory
Working directory permission does not include EVERYONE group
CAUSE:
Anonymous access account IUSR_<hostname> has not enough priviledges on the working directory
FIX:
Add or Modify priviledge to Anonymous access account IUSR_<hostname> for the working directory executing the following steps.
You must have enough priviledges to execute this steps.
1) Open Windows Explorer
2) Locate the working directory. By default the working directory is the directory is the one set as WORKDIR in your ubroker.properties file
3) Right click on the directory
4) Select Properties
5) Click on the Security tab
6) Add or modify priviledge of user IUSR_<hostname> to have full contol priviledges
7) Click ok to save the changes
