SYMPTOM(s):
WebClient application ignores -basekey "INI" -ininame information.
WebClient application is using the registry.
Installed additional Progress product on PC.
Downloading WebClient url again does not change behavior.
WebClient application used the -basekey "INI" -ininame information prior to installing the new Progress Product.
CHANGE:
Progress C/N product installed.
CAUSE:
Exact cause is unknown at time of writing.
FIX:
Remove current WebClient application / installation.
Download WebClient application again.
